Kevin, [ a.k.a. Jackhammer81 ] suggested some liquer and glasses and stuff for the map table, Slodder also suggested a barrel or something for holding maps. Oh and I forgot Kevin I've got an ash tray loaded with butts in the works too.
The shotglasse were made from clear sprue knockoff plugs, drilled out. The tray was an old Tiger hatch cover, with some p.e. handles.
I just saw another suggestion for a coatrack - excellent.
Also started the radio room and finished the floor & walls also made a safe and added p.e. gate doors for the 2nd floor walk out to the front balcony.
Thanks fer lookin Cheyenne

How about pencils or markers or whatever they used during that period to mark their maps.

Ordinarily, this type small detail would be overlooked, but after watching your build, I began looking for that added "something". I found this Colored Pencil Set after searching for map accessories. Just thought I'd throw an idea in the ring.
Patrick
*EDIT* I see Shermies Rule had the same idea while I was searching. Great minds think alike.

Wow, truly amazing! The glasses are brilliant. I know you are going to put in chandeliers, but what about putting a desk lamp on the table, the old metal office type. Just a suggestion. Keep it up.
Off topic: Chris how is old D-ware. I grew up there and remember that last time I was there all the hobby shops were gone. Any LHS left?
Cheers

It's just getting more and more interesting to look at. My first impression was, that it looked like scenes from Medal of Honor games or stuff like that. Good job.

Amazing! Love this more and more everytime I see it, how about a compass for the maps? Make that 2 compasses, the one commonly used in geometry and the one for orienterring.
Just food for thought.

Incredible, but still there is detail missing.. I seem to miss the drawing pins holding the map against the wall.. .
Ohh, and what about a jar of Olives..
Seriously, I think you need a telephone in the map room.
Cheers
