Ch,

Perhaps a couple of online pics? If it were 1/35th I'd say send 'em. Alas, I am into only 1/35th. With that, the pics might be a way to get (a lot?) feedback.

A penny's worth...........

I'm planning on posting some photos but, am trying how to actually post the image in my post rather than the gallery

Post in the gallery, then select them image's "url". On your post, click the [img] icon...upper right of the post and paste it between the "img" thingys.

Hard to describe, but it works.....sorry for the "vague" help.

Hi Ch !
you can't post a picture in a post without having published your pics somewhere in the web. So better here than anywhere else
I'll be glad to see what you got from this 1/72 gear. My son has a similar kit to finish and the toyish look of the soft plastic gear doesn't suit me nor him.

Oliver, its the same items, only I am making the items from Alumilite. Hopefully, I will be able to have enough to send out for critiqing. Sets will include the two large bundles, 3 large duffle bags, 4 smaller duffle bags and three Alice Packs.

oh cool!
cant wait to see them...it's really hard to cast such small parts in resin...air bubble problem and all that unless you have a vacuum machine...
i've done some casting and one of the things that helped was the powder that you can buy from alumilite to help reduce airbubbles...
you can see a pic here:

Cheaper than Vacuum casting is pressure casting......
it's just the opposite.... i put them inota old paint tank and pressurize it to about 25-30PSI it makes the bubbles really really small.......

It would be nice to see some extra packs in 1/72 scale. I've got the Dragon Bradleys and I do not like the soft vinyl packs either, but do not want to purchase expensive resin accessory packs for a couple of large MOLLE packs.

I agree with you Rob, but maybe the Bradley equipment set from CMK (#MV063) could be an interesting option (depending on how much you'd be willing to spend ) :

All the content of the set is not visible on the picture (more than 60 parts, including tanker helmets and spare road wheels...) I've seen it at about $17 at Hobbyeasy.

Just my 2 cents

I've actually got that detail set by CMK along with several others by Legend (LF7203 & LF7205), Part, Eduard and ExtraTech detail sets.

I should have guessed that ! Talking about ExtraTech PE sets, have you got the sideskirt set (#72041) ? Is it worth the money ?
TIA
