No really, I've been experiencing problems getting on the site lately. I get an error saying I'm not able to access the armorama database (whatever db is says something like armorxxxx) Are we/am I hitting the ceiling maybe??

Well, the "good" thing with the site down is that I got a good reason to work on some of my current projects. :-)

It did it to me this morning as well. It has something to do with too many users online at once. LOL maybe Staff Jim has made the site too good! :-)

Actually I am at work and not doing much about it right this second.

But when I get home I plan on trying to tweak a few settings to see if we can keep up with the extra folks on the site this time of year. Almost hitting 400 in a 30 min time span! Whoo hoo.

I had similar problems since about Sunday. I've also experienced some slow response times when I clicking on links within the site.

Speaking of the error, I just got hit with it down in History, Games, Junk Drawer ... Time was 2033 EST.
But note I got back in here OK.
And at 2035 EST, I had no problem with the above forums.
Appears to be pretty transitory by this small sample ...

I've had the same problem occasionally in the last few weeks and always figured that Jim was playing with a few settings. (Or his wife was upset with him and wanted to cause him more work! :-) )
