Whilst scanning through the Dragon Forum site I found these that might just get the tongues wagging.

I cant wait because this kit is going to be awesome.

Sounds great but I can't see it cause I am not a member.

And seeing how I don't undertand why they need so much information just to sign up I guess I am SOL

This kit should be pretty good. Might get me trying some modern stuff.

It's saying "You are not logged in or you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:"

This is going to be one of the best Abrams ever. I just hope that it's not over $50 or something like that with all of the stuff thats being put into this thing. Can't wait untill it comes out.

Not much news in regards to what it has as extras, and the 3-n-1 Tiger kits were not all that expensive. The new M1A1 molds are no more expensive than a POORLY designed kit, Dragon just seems to get it. From what I have seen, they are not extraordiary materials, just good research and attention to detail.

Sorry, but you'll have to remove these images. DML have given permission to only a handful of people to use images from their Armor Forums. Sorry, Jim

Thought the same Jim. Pawel has been the one giving us updates since he is one of the R&D guys on this project and a MDFC moderator. Not even my 1% that I contributed to the project allows me to post stuff like this.

Thanks Pete. When they opened the forum, I was told to use images if I wanted - along with a FULL explanation of where they came from....Jim

I was wondering why the pictures were red x 'ed. I'll have to go to the Dragon site and check out what they are doing to make an Abrams kit interesting.

Pete, your contribution was MUCH larger than 1% Thanks!

These new pictures will be on main DML website next week, but if DML allowed Jim to use pics from MDFC I see no reason why he couldn't post them.

I have not spoken with my DML contacts about it yet, but I'll try to get their permission to post (exclusively on Armorama) pictures of test shots of parts (those which are already in their final shape).

Thats a bit unfair of Dragon saying wqe cant post pics taken from their site-I would understand if someone had stollen such pics for their own benefit-as if to say ''look at me giving you the updates'' but to be fare John said he had seen it on the MDFC forum and had simply posted them here to show people who overwise cant get onto MDFC. Im not ranting I just think its a bit of a silly rule-and DML should be specific that MDFC users cannot take the pics-I never saw anything saying this. Oh well.
Back to the M1-its looking good, but hurry up I want want now

Well, it is quite normal practice for copyrighted material - on most websites you are allowed to view pictures, but not to repost them on other websites. Same with books - you can read them, but you are not allowed to photocopy them for your friends.

I believe that Greatmodels.com has it on pre-order for high $20 to low $30 range......Or about half of what Tamyia would charge for a reboxed M1 kit :-)

On dragon website some of us aren't allowed to view pictures. And that's unfair
