why is aber photoetch selling a new kit for a 1/25 scale panzer 4 tank? i found it hards to find a panzer 4 or panzer 3 tank offered anywhere.

Don't know of a pz IV in 1/25 scale. There is a Pz V though.

What stock no. are you referring to? I've only seen a generic German PE set (probably useful for the old Tamiya Panther, Jagdpanther and Tiger I kit)

Bandai definitely makes a Panzer IV in 1/15, but I don't think they ever put out one in 1/25.
I'm only aware of their King Tiger, Panther, and M60, which were in 1/24 scale, not 1/25.
