Does anyone know where the gunners firing pedal is connected to on the Panzer IV J? Is it connected to the MG or is it connected to the main gun?? HELP!

According to the info on the AFV Interiors site, the main gun was fired electricaly (the trigger is located on the manual traverse hand wheel), while the co-ax was fired mechanicaly via a foot pedal.
