Do citadel paints for warhammer work as good as other acrylic paints for painting plastic or metal figures. Also what paints should i use for Hat figures or anyother smaller plastic figures

I don't know what Hat figures are so no answer there.
As to Citadel. I have a couple bottles and a friend uses them extensively on his metal figures, both 54 and gaming scales. My understanding is they have a stronger fomula so they will adhere better and longer under gamers' handling of the figures. I have mixed the purple successfully with Andrea/Vallejo acrylics.
