You copied two URLs, somehow. Here is what you put for your pic URL: https://armorama.kitmaker.net/]https://gallery.kitmaker.net/data/500/2Natasha_.jpg

It only needs to be the one from the pic: https://gallery.kitmaker.net/data/500/2Natasha_.jpg

Place it between the image tags, without spaces. [ i m g] https://gallery.kitmaker.net/data/500/2Natasha_.jpg [ / i m g ]

Comes out like this:

Interesting vignette.

Gino:

Thanks for writing out what the 'slug line' should
look like. I copied it on a pice of paper. I appreciate
you taking time to explain it. Christian, I must leave
to help a friend who is moving so will try to get back
later and explain what Natasha is doing in the creek
bed, all wet with apples floating all around the place.
Have been working on this idea/dio/vignette or what
ever for some time now.

So far it looks good and intresting Rick, but I think IŽd like a bit of storyline before I can comment it fully! I look forward to hear it!

Roger that Andreas:

A 1/35tth story line would be helpful, right? I've been
helping a friend move all day and am completely
bushed; as I'm very old

So I will address the story line in the morning and
try to post a few other images from different angles. Hopefully, after what Gino said I can do this on my own.

I will give you a hint and say that this was supposed to
be the first try, or an experiment to see if I could
convert a fig into a woman sitting in the creek with
stringy wet hair (the female head I used was bald). That
conversion in my view at the start,
would make or break this humor styled idea I had. So
I felt I had to do a practice version first. The pix is
of that first, practice or experimental version.
So I will be redoing the entire project idea again on
a bigger scale much later and add vehicles. The working title was to be "Bobbin' for Apples" but I think now I need to change it to Beware: Rock path,
slippery when wet, or something like that. A friend
looked at it and couldn't figure out what was going on.

Thank Jerrod and Jackhammer:

I appreciate the kind remarks. And of course I
realize that my approach to vignettes and dios
is quite a bit different than what we ususally see
here. But I usually want to come up with the lighter
side of combat; and since most modelers don't
do Russian forces, I have been thinking about
the Eastern Front with most of my ideas.
Kevin, I'll try to post some other pix of the Bobbin'
For Apples Russian 'crew' tomorrow.

Right now, it's half time of this hoops game
and my Jayhawks are behind and not
lookin' too good. Oh my. . .

Hey Rick
Had read of this idea of yours in another post, and am glad to have finally seen the fruits (pun intended;) of your labour...
Couple of things though... The apples look a tad overscale? And I think they are spaced far too evenly in the creek bed. They would look more natural ( like this is an everyday scene?!) if there was a concentration of them, with only a couple then being washed away?
As for the femme, she looks convincing enough, but for her to have soaked hair this would imply that she went head first or under? Th creek looks a little shallow for this... Her body angle may needd to be altered for this to be realised, or maybe her head needs not be wet?
Please take this as constructive!!
Cheers
Brad
P.S. Think your 'lighter side' of battle ideas will be well received

Hi Brad:

Appreciate your constructive and candid comments.
You certainly make a lot of sense in what you've said.
And when I do the final "for real" version I will keep all
that you've said in mind.

Thanks for your comments. Most appreciated.

Here are the last of the pictures for the "trial
version" of the Bobbin for Apples or "Beware,
Rocks Slippery When Wet", or Russian Tail
Gate Party Picnic. Let me know what you think.

Now with some closer pics and a story I understand it, and I like it! The humour works, especially as the other crewmen just laugh...hehe
I have to second what Brad said, and also say that I would like a bit of water in the creek. Some clear plastic or something to give more depth.
Looking forward to see the big thing! And I think your new title works better.
Cheers Andreas

Thanks Brad and Andreas:

The food on the table, except for the resin wicker
basket of potatoes, is all made from Apoxy Sculpt
and painted with oil paints. Table and cheese
cutting board are bass wood. The table cloth is
lead foil.

Andreas, no digital camera yet, and these pix
were shot outside. Unfortunately the Sunlight
blew out the evidence of water in the creek.
Actually, the water is up to the tops of Natasha's
boots and there are gentle ripples in the water
as it runs downhill. Used Woodland Scenics
Realistic water and then WS Water effects.
