Can someone give me dimensions (actual or the 1/35 scale size) of M60 MG shield in M113A1 as used in Vietnam? I have an old Italeri M113A1 kit and want to scratch build one for it. I used a spare gun shield from Academy FISTV kit for the commander side but have no gun shields for M60s in the rear.


Just measurements of height and width would suffice. I will figure out the rest of details from a photo of Eduard etch part and reference photos. Thanks in advance.

Don't have the dimensions, but, Academy's Tank Supplies #2 Accessory set has a shieldand mount in it. The set runs about $5 each. Probably easier to get 2 sets. You would also get a bunch of other gear as well.
