From these pics Davidus,Pimpus is right. You got a load more work! Now, I know you have been working on this since this posting so i am sure that you have gotten alot farther by now. One thing,is that engine and transmission glued in? When i did mine(sniff,sniff....bye lovely little girl) I left the engine loose so I could detail paint it.Just a thought.
Sieg Heil!!!!!

I am not in the group build but the engine on the Famo, I noticed, matches the one on my Panzer III. As it is from Tankworkshop, I need some clarification on smaller details. Do you think that you could send me some close up pics of the engine as well as the suggested paint scheme.
Thanks (A)SS-74
Andrew
PS, I see you managed to slip in another bit of the Nashorn into the pic, you sneaky bastard

Dave,
Super start mate. I will post some when the wife gets the digital camera sorted. Have completed the chassis and now working on the bulkhead between engine and cabin.
Keep going. The aber sets are VERY complicated and are NOT for the fainthearted are they?
Cheers

What are the details of this group build? I have build a FAMO before and would really like to get my hands on another one. You can find pictures of my FAMO in the galleries. By the way, if anyone wants an extra engine I did not install it on my earlier build and would gladly give it up to someone. Let me know by e-mail.

Cheers,

I got sidetracked onto another project for a few weeks (some large scale figs that didn;t get finished ... yet) but after seeing these photos I'm back on track. Will post some photos when I'm done with the chassis, which is about 75 percent finished and weathered (not inlcuding the tracks)
