I reckon the barn gives more potential for added detail, more figures etc; so I'll go with that too.

The ruined barn is definately coolest, but you´ll have to plan it more. As it takes up more ground space, dont waste the interior. Also the missing roof debris inside. The shop will probably take up less ground space and be a quicker build!

Or why not a super diorama with both in the same vicinity? They would work together!

Barn,the roof detail allows more debris to be scattered below it.And the Stuh can be"inside" hiding.

Well...

Barn building if there will be alot of figures w/ the vehicle - otherwise IMHO I think size and detail of barn will overwhelm the scene.

Shop building if there will be just vehicle w/ one or two figures - better balance.
