Why do the banners show when I'm not logged in, and not show when I'm logged on?

Frank,I'm logged in and your banner shows just fine.

It could be staff_jim doing work on the site again.

Frank, did you maybe hit the "Hide Details" "Hide Banners"?
They are located under each post on the left side in the grey bar. Try resetting them.

I'm sort of in the same situation. When I am at home on my laptop, I can NOT see ANY banners. If I'm at school, they show up. THAT tells me it's on MY end at home.

So, what is DIFFERENT? I've purged cookies, redid my favorites, et cetera. I STILL can't see the banners (here's the whinnning.....KEN, I wanna see my banner!!!!!!!!!! ... you did such a good job )

Can you all give an old goat some he'p??????
