Agreed with Prato, but positively! Love the way that sooo many figs are crammed in the small area; something different methinks!
NOt sure there would be so much snow on the running gear though- looks as though the tank has been stationary for a while?
Cheers
Brad
P.S. In a word, the dio looks COLD

Looks great, Gary!
I love Soviet armor, personally, and really enjoy to look at others' ideas! I like what you've done here, alot of action going on atop this beast! Only thing is I also feel that the running gear is packed a bit much with snow (unless the idea that you were trying to portray was that the tank had been sitting idle and has just begun to lumber ahead). Good show, mate, take this one out of the cupboard and put 'er on display!

Not thick at all, my friend...the running gear would be the propulsion system, ie: the bogeys, idler wheels, treads, what makes this baby crawl, ya know?

I really like the overall setting of the dio very much! I´ve thought about doing something like that my self some times. And yes, crowded is nice! :-) The pictures are not perfect so it´s hard to comment any detail, but overall it´s very nice! Btw, how are those figs? Are they worth buying?
Cheers Andreas

Thankyou Pedro! My sentiments exactly. As above, the only thing that doesn't work in the scene is the snow in the running gear. How was building the Zvezda T34/85 kit?Awesome dio, mate!;)

Bravo... excellent weathering and aging of the '34. As for the Tamiya figures, well done as well.

As for the sheer population, I have seen many photos of more than a dozen russians (and germans!) riding on the back of a tank - so I don't think it is unrealistic to have so many figures.

The Russain figures, they are probably one of the best tamiya have done figure wise and I probably will buy some more in the future

The Zvezda tank was very cheap to buy and very easy to put together, so it is ideal for modelers just starting out. A few bits needing a little filling, but overall it was not too bad.
