Hey folks, got ready to paint a model today and my badger 150 was leaking and its comming from the nozzle, the trigger seems so work normally. I took the airbrush apart and gave it a general clean up with no success, when i blow by mouth it still leaks.... havn't got the chance to hook it up to the compressor because its very noisy and the parents are sleeping.
Whats the problem?

Did you check the condition of the little O-ring seal on the air valve plunger? It should be part #50-0141. Thats the only thing I've ever had trouble with on my Badgers, in my case it expanded somehow and prevented air from passing but that was a long time ago.
