Robert, Not sure if this is it or not..but..i do know that you cannot have the same "callsign" for the support center as you do for Armorama in general. It states that when you register for the support center. I would suggest that you try re-registering altering your name just a bit.

For example ...when i signed up for the support center..i changed my callsign from "tankysgal1" to "tankysgal2"..
