Wow Carlos, that's impressive. Looks very real, my sister lives in such a house in Paris. Very nice alternative roof style for a city dio.

If you don't mind, (i am sure you did already mention that somewhere). What thickness of cork do you use for the cobblestones? What is your technique of filling the gaps?

Cheers
Claude

Carlos, it is a beauty of a building. Much better than previous pics. I would like to know your techniques for the foil roof. Thanks Kevin

Carlos:

I'll say roger that, to Kevin Jackhammer81's remarks.

Would like to know more specifics about how you
created the metal foil roof. What kind of metal are
you speaking of, thin sheet aluminum? 'er what?
Thanks,

Just a beautiful job of model making. Wow,

Hello friends
Claude, the cork is 5mm thick, for the gaps I apply a layer of plaster very diluted and before she dry I retire the excess, only remains among the "stones"

Kevin, Rick these foil is aluminium from a little offset printing machine. these plates are useless afther impression and print shops have a lots of them waiting trash truck. ask you local print shop, you need the most little plates ( for A4 machines) these plates have the tickness of paper.
about how I made this roof is easy first I made all structure in plastic and glue the aluminium over it. for glue I use universal solvent is more agressive for the plastic that normal ( i.e, Tamiya) liquid glue but very efective.,plastic softhened and metal remains "traped"

hope that this helps

Hola Carlos
Whilst the building is good, I'm more impressed at ground level with the camber in the road (the sloping of the stones to form a gutter for rainwater)
Being a plumber it becomes habit to look at these things, and I think you've done a credible job here!
Cheers

Impressive work. Very well done. I like the rather thin appereance of the building.

Thanks for sharing
