Well this campaign officially started in January and has been a low level campaign.
I'd like to announce that due to lack of contact we are promoting wampum as the new XO of this campaign. I will act as second.

So, what are the plans guys? I've heard the interest - lets hear about the thoughts and ideas. Are you starting with images or text as inspiration?

Note to anyone who is NOT enlisted - it's not too late to join. Jump on board and help make this a historical success.

Cheers

My diorama is on the way. Soon I'll come with some photos, too.

This is a nice campaign idea so let it go.. First of all lets design a ribbon for the campaign.. I'm working on it and waiting for your ribbon ideas..

Here is my project.. I'm working on the diorama base..

When the stuff (glue and paint) on the base is hardenning I'm finishing the tanks. The panther has finished. Teh bergepanther and the tiger are still on the workbench. Here is the Tiger..

It seems that I have to work a lot on it..

That looks very good, the construction looks solid.
Did Germany use a yellow/green camo? I haven't seen it in that configuration yet. I do say yet because Germany was one of the most creative camo creators Ever.

That camo configuration was used before the Kursk when they took the "dunkelgelb must" order. Some of the Das Reich's tigers were panzergrey painted old ones.. They received such schemes before the Kursk offensive. What I read and saw from the illustrations says like so ....
