Can any when tell me what the correct color is for yellowish hull of the M2 bradley? And also the shade of light green for the interior?

Preferably in testors or model master colors but I can use Tamiya as well if I need to.

Thanks.

Check out Gino's recent build of the M2.
M2A2 ODS in OIF dio, "On Patrol" done...

Him, Pete and Olivier would probably give you the best idea.

Based on Gino's kit, the interior was lightish green but im not sure if its like the hummers where the interior colours can also be light sand in colour.

The inside of the Bradley is painted sea foam green. I believe that Gino made his color by mixing Testor's Model Master colors Pale Green and Flat white together. Gloss white would probably be better since the inside tends to have a gloss or semi-gloss sheen depending on age, wear, and cleanliness of the vehicle though.

The tan color is also part of the Model Master line, I believe the name is Gulf War Sand or Gulf War Tan or something along those lines.

You can find them at your LHS or you can order them online from places such as roll models, etc.

You guys are all close.

Seafoam Green is the interior color, as Jeff pointed out, it can be made by mixing some white with Testors MM Pale Green. Gloss white would be good to give it a semi-gloss finish as well.

For the exterior, I find MM Sand, FS# 33531, Testors # 1706, to be a perfect out of the bottle match for CARC Sand. The other colors like Gulf War Sand seem too dark or just not right.

Good luck.

Thanks guys it’s a big help.

I even think I have pale green so I think I only need to buy 1 color for this.

Jeremy you can try ordering them directly from the company at Testors.com. I’m not positive but I think they ship overseas.

And Gino you did a fantastic job on that Bradley. I hope mine can come out even half as good as it.

Thanks Jacob. I'm sure yours will look great too.

Pete,
I have heard that the Tamiya Sky will work too. I will stick to good old Model Mataster paints though. I tried Tamiya's once and hated them. Never had a problem with MM brand.

Cheers dude. You got the URL for the place? Seeing as i will have to ship them to NZ, i will probably get a few in one order.

Thanks for that Jacob. Am checking it out now. Still trying to find out if they ship internationally.
