Wow thats a nice looking build you got there. Looks like you dry brushed pigment powder over the model? If not, what did you do to enhance the edges and corners?

Brian, thats a great paint job - wheathering you've got going there. I like the dusty grey and pic. #2 I believe is remarkable as to the cream - off white inside hatch color next to the exterior greys.
How did you do it, it's very well done.

I like the armor a lot.
The one thing that jumps out at me is the tarp on top. It looks to much like the metal. I would give it some extra texture of a slightly different shade of gray or even a brown color. Also give the straps a touch of leather color.

Yep your absolutely right, That tarp needs help. I got it out of my junk bin and thought it looked good so I glued it there and its been getting weathered and finished with the rest of the tank.

Thanks guys for the nice replies. You guys are right I did dust it. This is kinda funny. I was helping my eight year old clean her room and I noticed her big bucket of chaulk, you know those big ones for drawing on the sidewalk? Well I spyed a big grey one and thats what I used on this, along with a lighter clored yellowish one. Then I went back and forth - dusting (chalk) and washing ( Rubing alcohol & flat blk acryl) several times till I got what I wanted. The dirt and mud look is a miwture of Mold-A-Scene Plaster 1202 and Tamiya Acrylic Flat Earth XF-52 thined down with water or acrylic brush cleaner, You can brish this mix thick for mud or use the juice for mud mist. It's works great. Then I did the usual highlighting with drybrushed akrylic white.
