It's on pre-order at luckymodel.com for $139 and due for release next week. Wish Tamiya would have come up with a plastic, more reasonably priced one.

Hi
I hear you there, but the way Trump is going, it is more likely they will be putting one out before Tamiya.
Actually, $139.00 for a complete resin kit is not too bad at all.

I've fallen in love with this tank, but not so much that I'm willing to spend $140, especially when I've never worked with resin.

You're missing out. The aroma alone is worth the price. Besides, working with resin doubles your choices.

That tank is sure a beauty. I've never worked with resin for anything other than a figure. There's always so much cutting and sanding, I just wish it was a little less expensive. Its quite the investment to be sitting on my shelf unbuilt with all the other ones. :-)

There is one in 1/72 already. Cromwell Models makes it. http://www.xs4all.nl/~cromwell/72003-1.jpg
