no, A or B. the C model came out in time for Barbarossa in the summer of '41.

Flavien, an SdKfz 251/1 ausf A, possably even an ausf B, but definitely not an ausf C in 1940. It only entered service sometime in 1941.

Both are correct. The Ausf C was first used in Russia 1941.
- But the Ausf A was used in action as early as the Polish campaign in 1939.......
