I'm just wondering if there is any manufacturer of model paints that makes this particular tone of paint? It's a yellow tone that is used on ambulances here in Sweden, and I think other countries in Europe are starting to use it as well.

checked this, and according to that list, RAL 1016 isn't available as a model color yet.

However, any DIY or paint shop should be able to mix RAL 1016 for you.
