Looks like a Pz38t hull with a Panzer III turret tossed on top of it.

Possibly a film prop, the chassis looks like it's from a Hetzer, the turret is very dubious.

Ditto on the hull (Pzr 38 t) but that's not a Pzr III turret.
The attachment on the side do point to a removable gun, but I doubt the hull turret would be removed, as that would limit the field of fire. If it's a rotating turret it wouldn't be removable. As it happens I feel that the turret doesn't belong to the hull... just loooks like it's been put on top to have it out of the way..
Cheers
Henk

Some armies made false mock ups of AFVs to fool enemy observers. The turret on the 38(t) chassis looks pretty flimsy and un-utilitarian. Maybe it was one of these fake mock ups.
I recall reading about a US 3AD tanker observing what looked to be a Panther turret behind a roadblock. It turned out to be a wooden mockup. The gunner spotted the fakery and correctly fired upon hidden infantry at the roadblock edges, awaiting an ambush.

I'm with you David...... It doeds look like its a Hetzer (Maybe even BergeHetzer at that!) chassis, looking at the drive sproket and the rear idler. That turret though .... It MIGHT be the Paper panzer that utilized a low pressure gun - but the turret looked like that of a Pz 3/4. This turret looks like somesort of crude mock up (by evidence of the hatch???)
Its sure a stranGe BiRd!!

Didnt the Swedish have a tank in WW2 that looked alot like the 38t but with a turret that looked like a smaller version of a pzIII turret?, kind of looks like that to me.

It looks like the plywood used for the turret is coming apart, maybe somebody used interior plywood instead of exterior grade. Or did not do a good job of priming and sealiing it. I would go with the movie prop. Whom ever snapped the picture would have been able to determine what the turret was made of. Looking at the thickness at the side hatches, it looks too thin even if it was metal to stop anything.

OK I think the middle picture is a modified Semovente, (possibly in Romanian or German service?), with a 105mm howitzer? no idea on the other two
The top one is if I recall a Romanian tank destroyer....Can't remember the designation though
**Edit: I was correct, it's a Romanian Tun Anticar cu Afet Mobil T-60. They used captured Soviet T-60 tanks and mounted a 76mm gun on them.

Ok it looks like a Panzer II. The turret looks to be a Panzer II wtih a tool box on the back.
The chasis, althought it looks like a 38t could be one of the later style Pzr II that the Luchs was based on.
Other than the oversized gun tube it looks like a luchs....maybe..... maybe one of those odd reeece or command tanks that were one ofs......
