They are going to be tough to find - I've got the squadron 251 book and there are few photos of the radio but not really of the wiring.

Hmm...depends. Do you want the wiring of the IR gear on the font or the 60 cm searchlight?

There are good prepaint pictures of the searchlight in Tony Greenland's Panzer Modeling Masterclass, if you have access to that.
