Can anyones provide me with information on that kit from Italeri? I would like to make it in my coollection and was wondering if its any good? Are there any PEs for it to?

It is an excellent kit. Don't know of any PE for it. I don't think you need any PE, it looks great OOTB. Here is one I built. M114 #1 M114 #2 M114 #3
Actually, the designation of the howitzer is the M114. Italeri got the name wrong and never bothered to change it. It is one of the most used howitzers around the world. It is very accurate and easy to operate, however it is very heavy and oes not led itself to be easily transported by air.

Gino, what are the markings on your model? Do they come with the kit?

No markings in kit. I put them together from my spares box. At the least there should bethe USA and serial number down the recoil tube.
