I'm looking for the out-of-production ESCI/ERTL kit of the M48A3 in 1/72 scale. Actually I need two for a diorama. Anyone know where I might find this item?

Try eBay. I just won both an M60A3 and M48A5 on eBay. The M60 ran me $3.99+$4 s/h and the M48 was $9.99+$4.50 s/h. Yeah, I know I over paid for the M48, but I'm trying to do all the tanks I commanded in small scale.

Hey Sabot, that A5 has marking for the "glorious" 50th Armored Division, 102d Armor! I know you knew some members of the Jersey Blues, maybe they can pinpoint whose tank it was!

There's no bumper number for that tank kit. It's one of the Fort Drum ones that was up there for all to draw. All it has is the 50Δ102Δ, no company marking.
