Hi folks,
I am trying this technique for the first time on Tiger 1 (initial). May I ask, how do you guys (who experienced it b4) apply them? I tried applying after washing (dried) and then aplpying a dull cote, but they either flew off or get dissolved and the end finish was not that fantastic. Anyone, pls help?
Cheers!

I apply pastels AFTER the last dullcoat. In that way they stay in place. Be careful and do not touch the model when finished.
