I just received a shipping notice from HobbyLink Japan that my T-55 is enroute for a cost including S/H of 4480 Yen. I figure that to be the high thirty dollar range. Let you know when she arrives.

I have 4 of them coming to me...had to update my CC though since the date Exp on it.

HLJ is reporting that the kit has broken prevous preorder records that they had for Tamiya armor...looks like we'll seeing more varents of the T-55 if this is true :-)

Josh--I usually receive the package within a week to ten days. Hopefully, I will also have a Christmas bonus camera and can evaluate it for you.

Steve Zaloga posted a message about his kit on Missing Links. He's about as "expert" as you will find regarding modeling and armor vehicles. He gives it a thumbs up.

I've got 3 on the way from HLJ as well, with the shipping notice and previous time to my door, factoring in the holiday rush.. I'm expecting them just as I go back to work..
That's ok, I have it in good authority there's a Type 90 wmine rollers and a Panzer IV H under the tree and some free time blocked out Wed/Thurs..

OK OK , with all of you and all these links I ordered one for now. I have 2 esci in the closet and like it or not they get used before I order more(I'd like to stay married) I'll just use the others for conversions. :-)

Well It might be a happy new year after all.
