Lo All,
First time poster, short time lurker here.
I have a question that I hope you can help me with. I bought a Badger 150 airbrush with the 3 tips and needles. Now the tips are marked F for Fine and L for Large - easy so far, but the needles only have an engraved stripe around the top end, 1,2 or 3 of them. The brush came set up with the medium needle (2 stripes) and tip but I want to swap it out for the Fine.
Which needle is the correct one? The one with 1 stripe or the one with 3?
Also, when changing the tip, do I need to seal it with plumbers tape (like the connection from compressor to hose, or with melted wax, or not bother? Another thing now that I think of it - after removing the needle to clean it, when replacing it, do I need to push it as far forward as I can before locking it back in with the chuck?
Sorry if these are noob questions, but the instructions don't seem to mention it.
Thanks in advance for any answers.

Pretty simple:
Fine =1 ring
Med=2rings
Large=3 rings.
There should be a little white teflon gasket between the head and the body.
Put your new head on, making sure you also included the little teflon gasket. tigthen the head with the wrench provided. Insert the needle from the rear, gently seating it to the head, then tighten the little thingy at the rear.
