Just ordered Dragon's Pak 40 w/ Heer gun crew, looks like an amazing kit. Does anybody have any experience with the kit? I've heard it was a great kit and have always loved the kits people have put together.

thanks

I think that some of the parts in the initial release were not correctly sized (gun cradle too short, trail arms too long). It was corrected on the later version with the FJ crew, maybe newer boxings of this one have the corrected parts too.

He's right. It was retooled, but no way to tell the original from the retool.

Thanks for the link, I knew about the cradle arms before the purchase, I wasnt too worried as a lot of it will be under snow and other elements (will be placed in a winter diorama)

Hey Shain,
I built that kit several months ago. I don't recall any issues with it at all. If I ever get around to the figures, I can finish the dio I had planned for it.

edit-I tried several times to post a pic of it, but all I get is the red x.

Is this the one, if so, looks great, which muzzle tip did you go with?

How the #$%& did you do that Shain? I tried a bunch of times, and it wouldn't load. Anyway thanks, I can't remember off the top of my head which break I used, I will check and get back to ya.

Still didn't work for me, that's gonna really #$*% me off, I've posted more than a few pics before with no problems. Oh well, thanks again for the help, and have fun with the kit. Make sure to keep us posted.

Brian,

I think that " Copy BB and Paste in Post " button doesn't work properly. If you right click on your picture and check out its property, you will find the URL address is slightly different from the one shown above the "Copy BB..." button. I hope it makes sense.

In any case, you are well ahead of me. I still haven't painted my Pak 40, let alone putting it on a base. Yours looks promising to me.
