I'm currently doing an M1A1 in OIF. Any advice on the colors of washes to use? The base color I used was Tamiya TS-46 Light Sand from a rattle can.
Thanks in advance.

Mine was pretty light colored, Testors desert storm sand in a can. Since it was enamal. I used testors Panzer dark yellow heavilly dilluted with dish soap and warm water. I put it on liberally and was able to add more paint, or wash pigment away. I soaked the heavy puddles at the edges away with a clean brush tip.
Did the same on this tri color tank. You can simulate a dusty finish as well as highlight crevices subtly
