Yo Matrix
first I`ll do this for you.
Looks very good man. That`s really the red vietnamese soil you created there also the Blood on the sitting character is very convincing now.
I see that you put the long grass around it what do you think of it yourself??
I think the grass completes the whole vietnamese groundwork
Also the action is very good. From what I can see from the pictures those VC have a terrible enemy facing against them and if they don`t run they get a Napalm shower over their heads in a couple of minutes (I pressume that`s where the guy is calling for.
By the way what have you done with the wooden structure??
Anyway looks good
Keep us updated

Faust, I really like the long grass and agree that it complets the scene. As far as the wooden structure, I am in the process of making it into a plam tree retaining wall.
I still have to put some more trench "junk" (i.e. claymore triggers, medical supplys and so on).
I also have to finish the black/green jungle boots on the figures.
Thanks for the good comments.

Matrix,
I admire what you did there! It sure looks realistic.
Can I ask you what colors you've used for the uniforms?
Any other Nam diorama's?
Keep up the good work.

Thanks all for the good comments.
lestweforget, for the smaller grass I used static grass and the tall grass is made from an old paint brush.
JamesBond, First welcome to the ArmoramA site!!m:-)
The uniforms were painted with Testors O.D. Green and Army Olive and then shaded and highlighted with darker and lighter variations of the two colors.
This is my first Nam dio, but I would like to do more of them.
Cheers
