Ok...I seem to have to do this every 3-4 months. No sweat though as I understand it's hard to know exactly what forums and sub-groups are correct when posting.
Please Note:
The GENERAL MODELING FORUM is for model related topics. Anything that is not modeling related should go in an Off-topic or Site related forum (such as The Junk Drawer or Site Talk). I do not want to discourage community minded posting. I think it's great and makes the site a friendlier and fun place to be. However I think we should try to keep every forum as close to topic as possible (without actually reverting to deleting posts).
To that end I have just moved a good number of recent posts in the General Modeling Forum to other forums. Many went to the Junk Drawer. If you are unfamiliar with our "Opt-In" forums you will need to go to the main page of the Forum and select one of the Off-Topic forums. They Include:
• The History Club
• The Junk Drawer
• Current Events
• Soldier Stories
All of these forums require users to "opt-in". And until you do opt-in you will not see these posts appear on the Latest Posts page of the site. An important note. Only registered users can opt-in on these forums.
Thanks for reading.
