Does anybody know where I can get the hml 1/15 scale resin schwimmwagen in the U.S. looked everywhere .

You might try checking for it with them. Great Models...

...has quite a few of their kits. Be sure and search on "HML" (Hand Made Limited Kits), too. They have a 1/18 Messerschmitt Bf 109G-6 in stock ...

Here's a couple of reviews of the 1/16 Tamiya and Eduard versions. They mention the resin MPM model and might tempt you away from it...
