Hey guys, does anyone know of any websites where I can get details on the equipment & markings of the RAF Regiment in WW2? Are there any books on the subject out there?

There is a book called 'The RAF Regiment at war' which is available form Amazon. A friend has this book and I believe it is very good. It is by Kingsley Oliver. Nick :-)

My old man did 10 years on Lightnings in the 60s & 70s so I am well versed in terms such as Rockape, Snowdrop and Brains-on-a-leash

Osprey publish a book which deals with R.A.F. equipment in ww11 .It has a bit about the regiment in it with some details of equipment and a few photo`s and drawings.
