Hello all,
I am looking to make the M2A3 version of the Bradley, with the CITV. I have a series a fair pictures, but none of how the new TI system was added tot he turret, and what the new covers for the "doghouse" look like. Are there line-drawigs available yet? Any other info/pictures?
Thanks guys!

No line drawings that I know of, but there are some great pics of an M2A3 in Iraq at Prime Portal.
Good luck.
Good luck.

Ha ha,
the Bradley virus has hit the Russian stuff wizard :-)
Hope you'll find what you're looking for and you can show us pics in progress. This one will be an original one.

Come on Olivier, you should of known I would eventually build this one.
Jacques,
I have all the pages from the parts manual for the A3 and Matt(AirborneMatt) is working on getting me some pictures form 1st Cav. If he can't, I might just have to drive up there one of these weekends and take them myself.
I even promised Gino and copy of the CITV when I finish it for his help on some other stuff.
But just to let you know, there are considerable differences in the turret and hulls compared to the A2. It's nothing that can't be added. Extra armor was added to the top of the turret, tool placement has changed, drivers hatch, and armor added to the top in the rear.
I'll post the pages here in a little bit so you can see what I am talking about.
I'm gonna wait for the Academy A2 Bradley becuase it has the new style side skirts and the drivers hatch, plus I am trying to finish the Bradley I am working on now.

Talking about A3 pictures, Hans Halberstadt's "Bradley Company" book (Europa Militaria #30) has some interesting pictures (interior and exterior) :

Thanks for the info (and ribbing) guys. I am looking to build this vehicle for a commision, and I want to make sure I know what I am getting into first...looks like a simple enough conversion, Ti aside, but the hard part is trying to get the dimesnions correct...
And Olivier, I do love modern US stuff too...I was in the MN National Guard, so it is nice to have some of the familiar around too...just not as exotic as all that neat Soviet/Russian stuff! :-)
Please post what you have Epi. If you are getting into doing this version of the Bradley too, maybe we can collaborate!

Nice to read you again Pete. I'm sorry I forgot you're the very first in this project
I hope seeing some more pics soon.
This one looks too complicated to do from a Tamiya model. Waiting for the Academy kit sounds wise.
Must finish my Humvee first, then my AT VAB, then my Leclerc, Centauro, AMX13 family ... I can't understand why my stash never decreases :-)

Hey Epi, is there some way to make the images bigger? All I get, both on here and on your site, are 1 inch by 2 inch images. I know, I am asking a lot... :-)
Otherwise they look awesome. How far along are you on the conversion? I am just jumping in, so I have no idea what I am getting into...as usual! :-)
I am just looking at doing the add-ons to the Tamiya M2A2ODS kit as time is, apparently, of the essence.

I haven't started the A3 yet. Just gathering reference. I'm still working on my A2 ODS. I'm gonna try and post pictures of it this Monday of what I have so far.
As for the pictures, I'll try to upload them again. I don't know why it made them smaller.
