Does the M113A2 kit allready have a sprue from this set in it?

No. M113 kits come with a sprue of extra gear that is specific to them. They also include the driver and TC with some interchangeabe legs, heads, arms, and headgear options. Nice extras.

And, theres not much in it for OIF that I cant get elswhere I take it. Whats the oval shaped tall can with ridges on the side and X on it?

It is an old style metal hot/cold food container, called a mermite. Current ones are made out of plastic and are more square.
