HI all ,
More steps on my GMC .
I started by making a new canva top in Duro mastic. The rope system used to fix the canva is made of copper wire and stripes and sewing thread
My cabin is quite finished. Just nee ot upgrade the wind screen.
The wide screen:
My truck is now ready to be painted
And just to see , I've put my shelter on , to get an idea....

Wow piwi
Hope you appreciate the effort you went to... I know the worst part about scratchbuilding things on US vehicles, is that once the Olive Drab goes on, it's harder to see what you made! Puits d'Oh...
Cheers

This looks really cool and well thought out. I am curious though. I have never heard of Duro mastic. What is it? I have a canvas top that I need to add to a humvee.

Looks good so far. Only fault I can see is a few accuracy points with the rear deck &, as has been mentioned, check the seams on the tyres before painting.
