I just picked up ICM's 1/72 BTR 152V and am wondering, does/did Israel ever capture this vehicle and put it to use?

They did a TCM-20 version based on the V chassis, which was taken from the Zil-157. I know they used other variants as well, but whether it was the V model I can't be sure. My guess is that as far as the kit goes, there's no difference in the lower chassis.

The Israelis captured a lot of BTR 152 during the various wars against the Arab States, some of them were used later by the South Lebanese Army and the christian militia. try
here , youŽll find some pics of one in a israeli museum.
