Can anyone clear up for me which units used which model Bradley during and after OIF? I know that's a pretty tall task, but that's what all you experts out there are for.

What I'm most curious about is if anyone deployed with non-ODS Bradleys, and which units use the commander's thermal sight and the mod for the larger Gunner's primary sight.

Pretty much everyone has some level of ODS Mod on their Bradleys. There aren't really any non-ODS M2A2s left out there. The ODS upgrades are improvements learned from ODS that mainly make the vehicle more survivable. All Heavy Divisions/CAV use them; ie. 1CAV, 1ID, 1AR, 2ID, 3ID, 4ID, 3ACR, 11ACR. They are organic to the Mechanized Infantry Bns.

1ID, 1AR, 2IN, 3ID, and 11ACR all have some level of older M2A2 ODS modified to some level of ODS standard.

1CAV, 4ID, and 3ACR have mostly M2A3s. The M2A3 has the CITV and enlarged GPS Doghouse.
