With time pressing on and Christmas finished for another year I decided I had better try to finish my dio. The sniper is now in place and the snow has fallen. The only thing left to do now is try to get my friend to hurry up and make the plinth he promised me. I have taken some photos (yes unfortunately with my crappy camera,no new one on Christmas morning, so next year instead of mince pies I'm leaving Santa a claymore on tripwire!) I'm going to try to get a new one for picyures for my entry.
Please add your comments about changes to improve this.
Many Thanks
Robbo

Thanks guys;
The snow in the dio is baby powder, I remember in a different subject somebody said they lost alot of the powder when they sprayed it with hairspray to hold it in place, the trick is not to spray directly at the dio but above it so spray falls on to the dio but the pressure from the can passes over it.
The figure in the dio comes from the Tamiya Rommels Grief set (the one hanging on the side) originally I wanted to use one of the figures from the Tamiya Panzergrenadier set but i settled for this one instead and just repositioned the arms slightly. I wanted to achieve the smallest portion of the figure peering round the corner possible and am quite happy with the result.
Hopefully I will be able to get a better camera before the contest deadline .
Robbo :-)
PS have a good new year and may you be the first to get a confimed kill on your block.
