Can someone please tell me if the kubelwagens during Barbarossa where the Panzer grey or where they camouflaged? If camouflaged what where the colors?

Most (if not all) German equipment was Dark Grey at the onset of the invasion of Russia. You might see some mud applied as local camouflage but officially, Dk Grey was the standard.

(you MIGHT get a few prewar (before 1938) schemes where the vehicles were 1/3 dark brown)
