for any member who is interested there is currently available a book called The Art of Weathering by Martyn Welch.
it is published by Wild Swan Publications and the Isbn number is 1 874103 11 9.
i got mine from Motor Books here in London and i guess it will also be available from other specialist booksellers,both here and abroad.
this book is on railway weathering and has sections on steam,diesel passenger stock,goods wagons buildings and a nice colour section at the back.
at the time i bought this i didn't know i was going to eventually get the Trumpeter kit but it should be very useful.
