hey
i wanted to change something in my account be for and when i clicked on change profile/password it went to load the page and then i said program not responeding,i tried many times and still the same thing is there away around this problem.

There is a routine on this page (country, region) that is quite a load and some people's ISP or computer/browsers seem to take issue with it. If you are using a particular web browser you might try another one (IE seems to work best).
I am going to try to disassocaite some of these update functions with the page so that they come up as pop-ups. That should solve the issue long term. However this change may be a month off or so.

I hope so. I have a new computer now and I still can not access my account. I tried using my wifes computer and still cannot gain access. Receive the same error message. This has been going on for over two months now.
