What colour(s) were used on aiming stakes for a M7 Priest during WWII? Thanks Doug

Alternating red and white stripes about 4" wide, same as today. They have been these standard colors for ages.

Gino, that's a GREAT shot! As bad as the weather and terrain are at Graf, I can't say I ever saw any of our 13Bs (or the XO at the aiming circle) standing hip deep in the water!!!!

Thought the pic was pretty cool too. Guess when you are surrounded by rice paddies, you do what you have to do. He doesn't look too happy about it though.
