All,

How accurate is the mine roller that comes with the Trumpeter M60 or the Trumpeter M1A1?
I'm thinking about adding one to my ODS USMC M60A1. Are the ones provided by Trumpeter suitable?
I was looking at pics of the rollers that come with the Academy M60A1 Blazer and it looks like a different type than that used by the US.
Would any of these be accurate for an OIF M1A1?
Thanks, everyone

The Trumpeter Abrams Roller and Plow are pretty accurate for ones used in ODS and OIF (same versions). The one that comes with the Israeli Blazer M60 is an Israeli one and is slightly different, but is what the US version is based on. Also, the mounting plate/hardware is different for an M60 as opposed to an M1.

I'd go with the rollers that come with the Dragon M1 Panther II. The roller wheels themselves are much more accurate in shape then the Trumpeter ones. And for mounting on an Abrams, the 'bra' or mounting plate is nicer in the Dragon kit.
The Trumpeter plow seems to be based on the Tamiya one, but doesn't fit together anywhere near like the Tamiya version. As Gino mentioned, both would need work to get them to fit an ODS M60A1.
Although the support arms are similar, the Israeli and US versions use different rollers.
