Well I'm not holding my breath on this one.
It will probably be next year sometime just to be put off again.

I get the feeling that it may be available very soon as Ronald has an article on the Dragon members section thanking all those involved with the research and development for the new kit. We just need to be patient a little longer.

So what is this I hear about them "trimming" some stuff from the kit such as the aluminimum gun barrel and other "extras" that they were dangling in front of us so we all rush to pre-order the kit?

I have not seen any new news on this kit either. I have tried going to the Dragon website and can't even find the article about it there. It's like it disappeared. I don't usually do American armor, but after all the hype for this kit I have to get one!

Jeff:
Pawel (Vodnik) mentioned on ML last month that DML may not go with the metal barrel. No explanation as to why not. But it was only conjecture. He has mentioned sevetal times that he is not a decision maker on such matters, but only an advisor/consultant. He noted the plastic barrel looks very good. I am still hoping it will be a metal one, as I hate trying to get that seam to disappear around all that raised and recessed detail.
