Can any Photoshop experts do a number on this pic? I want to know what the new sign is that the GIs are replacing... It looks as though they are taking the piss here...Replacing 'Adolf Hitler Strasse' with 'In spite of ????? Strasse'

the last word could be Strasse but it looks more like Straise to me..

looks a little bit like 'itali' to me if you fiddle with the contrast and stuff.
