hey all,
after a 3 month break from building i decided to jump back in with something nice and easy,, instead i pulled this out of the pile.
this is the vm kit it isnt too bad really and i like the end result but it was a tad fiddily in places, as always its right out of the box painted with acrylics and weathered with oils, this tank doesnt represent any tank in peticular just some spare decals i had as the ones with the kit vanished so they were chosen for the way they looked.
all comments are welcome and thanks for looking.

Im a big fan of early WW2 armour so its nice to see a Valentine

I to love these early war tanks (thats why I like the North Africa Campaign so much).
What colors did you use? I assume its a sand color (kinda hard to tell from the pics) on my screen).

thanks for the kind replys guys, i feel the same way about these early tanks they have a certain uglyness about that i really like.
the initial color was a bit of a mix of different colors but with all the washes and fading it really isnt anyway near what it was i just kept goin till i liked the look of it. im very disorganised like that.
thanks again.

I like it also. I've got the DML version, at least I think it's the same kit with DML on the box. I also have the Bishop. I just like the early tanks as well. It's nice to see a kit like this, older, not "state of the art" without a bunch of extras added and still be a very nice model.
