I am building the AFV Club 251/9 (late). I want to add a crew in action. I have the Tristar SP crew #2 but the are wearing panzer crew type uniforms. Can any one tell me if crews on 251/9 s wore the same uniforms or would they have worn standard Werhmacht uniforms?

i may be wrong but i think the 251/9 were issued to the panzergrenadier battalions.so some sort of panzergrenadier figures might go with your 251/9.

Remind me if I'm wrong, but the 251/9 is the one with the short 75 right? If so, this was also issued to heavy companies of Aufsklarung (Recce) battalions, so the panzer denims could be OK. I don't know if this AFV Club model is an ausf C or D, if the latter, Panzer Lehr division in Normandy put all their panzergrenadiere in the field grey asault gun clothing. For other units Karl would be correct & they were manned by grenadiers, either in standard Feldgrau, or SS camo.
